I must say the company organising my transfers to and from the airport are doing a great job. Two minutes before he was due to arrive this morning my driver turned up at the hotel. One less thing to worry about when that happens.
So at the airport in good time, checked in and through to the gate area OK. Whilst queuing at the gate there was an announcement that we would be delayed 30 minutes. Time moved on and since we still had not boarded 20 minutes before the new department time I guess it's going to be longer. Wait there is another announcement in Spanish and some people in the queue cheer, that's good right? No those that cheered start to leave the queue and sit down. Irony I guess, but since there is no announcement in English this time, I have no idea how long the delay is now.
I have been to some great places in the world and I'm always happy to talk about them, so please if you want to know about my trips just ask. I say that having been stood in the queue listening to a a very loud man telling all about the trips he has done and how his daughter has been down the Amazon five times.
