Well the delay was eventually just under two hours. I had a window seat on the plane right next to the emergency exit so plenty of leg room. About an hour out from Ushuaia I think I could see ice floating in the sea.
Ushuaia is the furthest south city in the world and is surrounded by wilderness with the mountains still holding some snow. Today it's 11C and quite windy. I'll be here one night before we sail tomorrow.
